Error H1, H2, E5, E6, HE1, HE2 in Samsung washing machine

If the Samsung washing machine shows the error H1, H2, E5, E6, HE1, HE2 (depending on the model), accompanied by an unexpected washing stop in the middle. Usually, this happens 10-15 minutes after the start. However, sometimes it happens right away. It is noteworthy that if a program is installed without heating water - 30 degrees - then such codes do not knock out at all, everything completes successfully.

When errors H1, H2, E5, E6, HE1, and HE2 appear, the water boils, but this rarely happens. Do not sound the alarm if code 2H is visible on display. That is not an error but the time left before the cycle ends. Any codes starting with H indicate a problem with the heating elements. So, they arise when choosing a wash at high temperatures and report that the water cannot heat up for some reason.

Can you reset yourself?

Before the arrival of the mechanic, it is worth trying to solve the problem on your own, although in most cases, it is a breakdown. The reason may be banal - damage to the cord. Perhaps the socket plug has broken, or the contacts in the heating element chain have gone - that is, the heating element. However, twisting them so the unit works, as usual, is enough.

Error H1, H2, E5, E6, HE1, and HE2 also occur due to a temporary software failure of the control module. This problem is fixed by restarting the washing machine. It disconnects from the network and stays like that for 10-15 minutes, then turns on again.

What could be the damage?

If the error H1, H2, E5, E6, HE1, HE2 does not disappear after a restart, this indicates such malfunctions:
