ERR3 error in Haier washing machine

When the ERR3 error appears on the display of the Haier electronic washing machine, this usually happens when the high temperature mode is selected. Such a program may not start at all, then the unit does not respond to pressing the start button. It happens that the fault code knocks out during the cycle, a few minutes after the start or in the middle.

Before calling the service center, you need to try to fix the problem yourself. Error ERR3 may occur due to a temporary failure of the control board. It is enough to reboot it to correct the situation. To do this, the machine must be disconnected from the network, let it stand for 10-15 minutes, and then turn it on again.

What damage can be?

Error ERR3 means that the temperature sensor has failed. It needs to be repaired, however, in most cases, the master simply changes the broken element completely. The reason may also be damage to the wiring or contacts in the temperature sensor chain.

It happens that this DTC appears due to the failure of the control board. But this rarely happens.
